Project Update: Mt Lawley Arches House Taking Shape

We recently headed out to Mount Lawley for a site visit, and it is exciting to see the Mt Lawley Arches House moving swiftly into its next phase of construction.

The transformation is becoming visible as the structural bones of the design take flight. Here is the latest from the site:

• Rear Extension Progress: The floor framing for the new extension is now officially complete, providing the footprint for what will become the heart of the home.

• Going Vertical: Structural steel for the rear wall framing is currently going up. This is a pivotal moment as we begin to see the height and volume of the new living spaces defined.

• Internal Works: Inside the original cottage, the heavy lifting of structural alterations is complete. Floor and wall framing adjustments are finished, seamlessly prepping the heritage structure to meet its modern counterpart.
